The JMC Kaiyun sweeper is a sanitation vehicle built on the chassis of a JMC Kaiyun light-duty truck. Classified under the “blue-plate” (light commercial vehicle) category, it features a compact and agile design and can be operated by anyone holding a Class C driver’s license. It is exceptionally well-suited for daily cleaning tasks in narrow streets within older urban districts, residential complex underground parking garages, and industrial parks. As a classic “blue-plate” model, it is widely used in both municipal sanitation and property management cleaning services.
The standard sweeping version features a total capacity of 5.5 cubic meters, comprising a 1.5-cubic-meter stainless steel clean-water tank and a 4-cubic-meter stainless steel debris hopper; it is capable of collecting particulate waste weighing up to 1.5 kg. The combined washing-and-sweeping version includes a 4-cubic-meter clean-water tank and a 4-cubic-meter debris hopper. Equipped with a German-engineered PF30 high-pressure water pump, it offers a three-in-one functionality: sweeping and washing, high-pressure flushing, and dust-suppression spraying. Thoughtful design details include maintenance-free, grease-free pivot joints for the brush arms, precision cold-bent seamless hydraulic piping, rear-mounted LED directional arrow lights, and a standard manual emergency pump system—all ensuring ease of operation and maintenance.
